Chris Cheung, Hong Kong-based composer and jazz pianist. He graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, majoring in Film Scoring and Jazz Piano. Since graduating, he has been actively involved in a wide range of musical projects.

His film scoring credits included It Remains, the debut feature from Hong Kong film director Kelvin Shum, which made its appearance at the Ravenna Nightmare Film Festival in Italy. The score has received critical acclaim for its unique character, notably for its eclectic use of Didgeridoo and Fujara. Other credits include Deliverance (directed by Kelvin Shum), Reclaim (directed by CJ Wang), Speak To The Tide (directed by Ka Shing Chu), to name but a few. He has also designed campaign music for brands like Chow Sang Sang and Emphasis Jewellery.

Furthermore, he also wrote for various theater projects, such as Crime and Punishment, Garden of Repose at Hong Kong Arts Festival; a live music score for 100% Hong Kong, produced by German experimental theater company Rimini-Protokoll, etc. 

His acousmatic work Casting Light was recently recognised and featured in new music festivals like Projecto DME (Portugal) and Forum Wallis (Switzerland), where it is selected to be played in this year’s Ars Electronica Forum Wallis Concerts.

Chris also actively performs as a jazz pianist - with recent appearances at multimedia performances produced by renowned Arts and Technology collective Dimension Plus, as well as performing at Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai. 

His musical involvements span across film, theatre, and live performance, continually collaborating with local and international artists to explore the diverse possibilities between sound and image.

張永諾，香港作曲家與爵士鋼琴家。畢業於美國波士頓伯克利音樂學院，主修電影配樂與爵士鋼琴，畢業後積極參與多元化的音樂創作項目。

電影配樂代表作包括香港導演岑嘉彥的首部長片《釀魂》，該片曾於意大利Ravenna Nightmare Film Festival放映，其配樂以獨特風格備受好評，特別是運用澳洲原住民樂器Didgeridoo、斯洛伐克民族笛Fujara，融合電音與傳統管弦樂。其餘參與電影配樂作品包括《一家之主》（王希捷導演）、《與林默娘對談》（朱家誠導演）、《源生罪》（岑嘉彥導演）等。他亦曾為周生生、Emphasis Jewellery等品牌設計廣告音樂。

劇場音樂方面，他曾擔任德國實驗劇團Rimini Protokoll於香港製作的《100%香港》音樂總監及現場作曲，並參與現場即興演奏；其他作品包括《罪與罰》、《憩園》（香港藝術節）等。

此外，其聲學電子作品《Casting Light》近期亦獲不同音樂節肯定，先後入選葡萄牙Projecto DME及瑞士Forum Wallis，並於2025年Ars Electronica Forum Wallis音樂會中演出。

作為爵士鋼琴家，他經常活躍於舞台，近期演出包括與藝術科技團體Dimension Plus合作的沉浸式多媒體作品《維度漫步》（東九文化中心），以及於上海林肯爵士樂中心與融合樂隊First Eat Pepper的演出。

張氏的音樂創作跨越電影、劇場與現場演出，亦持續與本地及國際藝術家合作，探索聲音與影像的各種可能。
